Meet Our Team

Paul G. Chrysson

President

Paul has been a licensed real estate professional since 1974, and formed CB Development Company, Inc, in 1985. Under his leadership, CB Development Company developed thousands of custom homes and multi-family apartment units throughout North and South Carolina.

 

As a former Director of BNP Residential Properties, a publicly traded company until 2007, he played an instrumental role in which he oversaw the onboarding of 1,898 multi-family units that CB Development and its various ownership LLCs developed into the BNP Residential Portfolio.

 

In the past, he also served on the Board of Directors for Amos Cottage Children's Hospital, the Board of Advisors of Wachovia Bank (Forsyth County), the Board of Directors for Triad Bank and United Carolina Bank (North Carolina). He also was a Director of Greenbrier Corporation, a Public Company until 2001, as well as Director for BNP Residential Properties.

Gabriel J. Chrysson

Vice President

Gabriel (Gabe) Chrysson holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Wake Forest University and is an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker. After graduating from Wake Forest University in 2010, Gabe began his career in real estate and property management with a focus on multi-family property management, where he oversaw the management operations of more than 1,000 multifamily rental units throughout the state of North Carolina. 

 

He later worked for a national REIT based in Scottsdale, Arizona, as the Regional Manager for the North Carolina territory.  During his time with the company, he was responsible for a large portfolio of single-family rental homes, ensuring strong financial performance, reviewing lease agreements, final account statements, and maintaining strong tenant relations. In addition to these day-to-day duties, he worked in conjunction with market partners and brokers in the territory to ensure quality marketability and high occupancy.

 

In 2015, Gabe worked as a commercial property manager with Meridian Realty Services. In the following year, he also began growing his commercial brokerage business with Meridian Realty Group, where he worked closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and build to suit clients, across all types of commercial real estate assets.

 

Throughout his multifaceted real estate career as a property manager and commercial broker, Gabe has developed a keen understanding of the regional market and has extensive experience in the sale and management of a wide array of commercial properties, from multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and land development.
