Chrysson Brothers Realty was founded by brothers Gus and Nick Chrysson, in 1948, with a focus on real estate sales and home development. In 1985, CB Development Company was formed by Gus’ son, Paul Chrysson, and shortly thereafter was joined by his brother, James Chrysson.  Under their leadership, CB Development developed thousands of multifamily units and custom homes throughout the Carolinas.

 

After decades of development and property management, Paul and James formed CGC Management in 2010 to address the growing need for 3rd party property management for multifamily and commercial properties.
